InterNet Bill Boards - INBB

INBB is an advertising/web-page concept developed by me, Steve Bonnell, in early 1996 to provide a low cost method to place an advertisement or web-page onto the World Wide Web. This came about as a result of the high-costs I found at other sites when I wanted to place a Commercial Web Page with information regarding my wife's artwork. Now that I own a domain, I'm willing to provide a low-cost source for other people! Although it is targeted for small-businesses, hobby-businesses, and clubs/organizations, the pages can be developed or expanded into any size required. Take a quick look if you are interested in a web page for your own Commercial or Non-commercial use.

INBB Why?

... 'business card' plus a few paragraphs of descriptions ...
The page costs start at $10.00/month, with a six-month initial minimum. This will provide information similar to a 'business card' plus a few paragraphs of descriptions (1 - 9 Kbytes of text). Examples of this 'size':

... graphics and pictures ...
If you would like to add a small picture file(< 20K bytes), each picture is $2.50/month. Examples of this:

The page at http://www.kbsb.com/kbllb/ also has a second page for 'pricing info', which is another $10.00 charge/month.

... more elaborate ...
A more elaborate page is at http://www.kbsb.com/kb/ which has several larger pictures, a small reference picture, etc. This page-price grows as the number of picture increases, but it has an upper limit. Now we will use a price for the total site, a 'package deal' so to speak!

... intent is to offer an in-expensive method ...
My intent is to offer an in-expensive method to get a WEB page on line (and its URL established!), such as these BASIC PAGES already identified:

... pages can grow ...
However, these pages can grow to include as much info as you would like. Other larger pages I have made include:

As you can see if you visited any of the above-referenced links, I don't use un-necessary heavy graphics - they take up significant MEMORY or SERVER STORAGE SPACE (i.e. MONEY!) and require longer DOWNLOAD TIMES. (WEB Surfers can be VERY impatient!) A conscious decision has to be made on whether the graphics will really help in getting your point across!

I can usually get your page On-Line within a few days - All I need is the basic information that you would like to have included. Again, view the WHY? information page.

However, after a page gets so large, there are other strategies I would recommend to keep the cost from exceeding $40.00-$50.00/month or so. This would give you a large capacity for very large files, many pages & pictures (such as http://www.weic.com/, a stand-alone domain). But these methods require higher initial start-up costs and longer commitments. So, it depends upon your budget AND the amount of INFORMATION you want displayed.

I hope I've answered your questions, plus provided some appropriate examples of the 'cost/size' of the INBB pages.

Please, ask more questions if you have them!
